Delivery Areas
We deliver to addresses across Bangladesh. Please make sure your name, phone number, full address and district are correct at checkout, so our delivery partner can reach you without delay.
Order Confirmation
After you place an order, our team may call or message you on the phone number you provided to confirm your order details before dispatch. Orders that cannot be confirmed may be delayed or cancelled.
Processing Time
Orders are usually prepared for dispatch within [X working days] of confirmation.

The delivery charge for your order is shown at checkout before you confirm your purchase. All charges are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
Payment on Delivery

Failed or Refused Delivery
If our delivery partner cannot reach you after repeated attempts, or if a parcel is refused without a valid reason, the order may be returned to us and cancelled. We may ask for the delivery charge to be paid in advance on future orders.
Damaged or Incorrect Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within [X hours or days] of delivery with your order number and photos. We will make it right as described in our Exchange & Returns policy.
