About These Terms

These terms apply to your use of primusaura.com and to every order you place with PRIMUS AURA, Bank Town, Savar, Dhaka, Bangladesh. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Shipping Policy, Exchange & Returns policy and Privacy Policy.

Products and Images

We do our best to show our products accurately. Colours can look slightly different depending on your screen, and fabrics may vary slightly between production batches. Product details and availability can change without notice.

Prices

All prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we will contact you before processing the order, and you may choose to continue at the correct price or cancel.

Orders

When you place an order, you will receive an order number. Your order is accepted once we confirm it, which may be by phone or message. We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if we cannot confirm your details, or if we suspect fraud. If you have already paid for a cancelled order, we will refund the amount paid.

Payment

You can pay using the payment methods shown at checkout. Full payment, or payment on delivery where available, is required for your order to be completed.

Delivery times, areas and charges are explained in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Exchanges and Returns

Exchanges and returns are handled as described in our Exchange & Returns policy.

Corporate Orders

Corporate and bulk orders are agreed individually. Quantities, branding, prices, timelines and payment terms for these orders are confirmed in writing in your quote and may differ from these general terms.

Your Account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Please let us know straight away if you think your account has been used without permission.

Intellectual Property

The PRIMUS AURA name, logo, website design, text and images belong to PRIMUS AURA or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or use them for commercial purposes without our written consent.

Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by events outside our reasonable control. To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Bangladesh.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time you place your order applies to that order.
